Money reduced- You do need tables/chairs in Club

Dear TeamLava,
Now I'm in level 44 but I have only about 8,000 for coins. Over night I can sell drink only 5,000 coins while my brother can sell about 50,000 coins. Now I have 12 drink makers but I do not have enough coins to do the drink. I don't know how to solve this problems. I try to delete app and restart again but still the same problem. I have a plenty of drink on the counters which can sold out very very slow.
Please help me, I don't want to leave this game and my nice neighbors.

What device do you play on?
I had this same problem in nightclub.
Make sure that you are having enough ppl coming into your game. I had this happen to me, I had accidentally blocked a path to my nightclub and only 3-4 ppl were coming in then leaving.

I'd also-after double checking paths-try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Your game is linked to your device, so you won't lose any progress.

I have reloaded game at least 5 times and MADE SURE off on even my comp so no OLD edition re-installed and I now have over 3,000,000 drinks that no one buys.

And No door is not blocked, They walk in and around all 14 I think then after about 2-3 minutes get little clocks over heads and freeze up.

I went and pulled all the chairs up in my game and after a few minutes I starting getting the clocks also, but my game was not freezing.
With the freezing I assume that no money is made and the customers just stand there and do not leave?

Try putting a couple of chairs out. If still problems and you have already tried deleting and redownloading, you will need to email support@teamlava.com

Thank You !! Kooky. That seemed to do it, I put back the 4 chairs and 2 tables. I guess the game is programmed that they have to come in, dance drink and sit, for them to leave and not freeze. Not sure if it is improving drink count yet, Will have to test that when have time. But at least I keep selling drinks now when serving finished ones and starting new ones.

If you could make a note somewhere here that you should NEVER remove the seating, It may help out a few people.

OHH thanks for coming back!!!. I was always under the impression that chairs and tables were only for decoration. Now we know.!!!
I will have to add this to my list of questions when someone else has this problem.

I don't mind, I didn't start thread but was commenting on lack of drink sales. I also noticed that now I get the Welcome Back you earned xxx coins while you were away pop up again. I had thought they had just done away with that. And drink sales do seem to be improved.

The tables and chairs are not necessarily required for the sales of drinks. However, if the AI decides it wants to sit or get a drink and sit, then you may see the clocks over their heads. Also if the drinks are some how out of the way they may be confused as to how to pick them up. Also, if they are wanting to dance and there is no dance floor, or if they want someone to come over and talk to them, you will see this clock. Basically when the computer AI wants to do something it has to think. The clock over its head is it thinking of what to do next. So it's a good idea to have enough space for a dance floor, tables and chairs and none of your counters in any awkward spots where they aren't able to walk directly up to it. They need to be able to have a place to drink it other than standing. So if the tables and chairs are gone, then they get stuck cause they think, 'oh, I want to get a drink, BUT, I have no where to drink the drink!! ERROR ERROR!' and then they just stand there waiting.

And could you please stop using the term AI in your posts. This implies a computer, etc that can think for itself and scientists, engineers etc have yet to accomplish this. So I am sure Team Lava didn't stride onto it and just make it a game.

Oh no I did not take it that way at all. BP is a team lava Employee and was clarifying what we discovered, then added more information for us.

Oh BTW, I did delete your one post where your picture did not come out.

You did a great job reporting this and posting all the pictures this will help solve issues other players may have.

I saw you deleted that one and did not mind at all, I copied and pasted wrong link and thank you for deleting it. As you read another post was deleted and that was to point out what was said before edit was not completely correct. That was what irritated me. And yes it is helpful to know the rules/guidelines etc to play a game.
