There are several ways but I going to tell you the easy one

Download any storm 8 game get to level 2 go to home/ setting/storm8. And do the following steps.

I went into main then settings and it didn't have a storm8 option

Here is a thread to transfer. Make sure you download all the team lava games you are playing to your new device, but do not set up a new storm ID.
