I've accidentally hit on the easy oven when I want to get a new ice cream maker.
My question is, after I got the easy oven, it mentioned there's some parts in it, pending for building. If at this case, I sell it away since I already had 16 easy oven, would the parts be gone as well? Or they will be "save" to the new ice cream maker?

No you can sell the easy oven but you will not lose the parts that are in your inventory. The parts in the inventory are not used until you actually build the appliance.

How about oven that has been built? If say, I sell away a built easy oven, besides getting coins, do I get back the parts? Or I will lose the parts?

You will lose the parts if you sell it.
