Gems disappearing

Every time I reach 25 or more gems, 25 of them just disappear and I'm left with the remainder. This has happened to me twice. The first time I thought I accidentally bought a slot but now I don't think that is whats happening. I know someone else who is having the same problem. How do I get my 50 gems back?

For gem losses you will need to email support@teamlava.com Provide them your storm ID , the game and when you lost the gems.
