i saw that some restaurants are able to cook witch soups. How is it possible to do this?

If you play on an idevice, (ipod, ipad,etc) last weeks updates have been delayed for IOS players. Hopefully we will have these updates soon.

The updates for iPhones have been delayed. The halloween content is being worked on and it will be available soon, but we cannot speculate on when that will be.

That is because you do not have the updates from last week yet, since you are playing on an idevice. I am also waiting for my updates in Bakery, and fashion.
I play on an iphone 4.
