Oh Darn! and the Gems offer pops up

Of late, I keep getting Oh Darn! issues even though I didn't have much of this problem previously. As I continue to monitor the situation, it dawned on me that this problem was caused by the special offer for GEMs. (This time its the Halloween mouse or something). If TL want to have special promotion pushed to our faces, at least have the decency to not let it affect our game.

Please look into this and hope we don't get the Oh Darn! pop up too many times!
