help plz!I don't have mastery items function!

Just after I flashed my tab, I installed this game again, but there's no "yellow bar"on catalog(as showed in picture attached), so I cant master my inventory, is there anyone knows how to fix this problem?

You will need to be on at least level 8 before your mastery bar will show up.
