slow customers/ internet pop up

the "oh darn no internet connection" pop up keeps coming up constantly but i do have internet connection and the pop up usually comes when things are "processing" or loading and i have to do things like 10 times and i lose coins. Also theres not soo many customers/ or they come in slowly cause i had my food out for 5 days already and its still there... help me please??!!

what device do you play on? Its version?
What is your game version?(under the menu in the game)

I've been getting the no internet connection message a lot more in the last day or two. Also out of sync messages a large percentage of the time when I try to send gifts. Its frustrating. But I stopped reporting problems because they are ignored.
