Nope. The noun quack referring to an incompetent doctor comes from the Dutch word kwaksalver.

Frankenduck is 23 gems, the crypt entrance is 45 gems, Gnomenstein is 25 gems and the giant pumpkin is 25 gems. So far no coin buyable decorations in Farm Story for Halloween :(
