I do have collectables in BS, but not in Farm or Fashion!

Also, is there a neighbor request thread around here some where? :D

Fashion doesn't have them, have you updated Farm to v. 1.8? I'm not sure why they wouldn't be there.

I checked again. And found it! I just thought it was weird that I harvested a bunch of potatos this morning and found no collectables. Thanks for the link!

You generally get them for planting. Also watering, and decorating;).

What Rachael said. You never get collectibles from harvesting.

You also don't get collectibles when you're on Android.

I was just being sarcastic ;)
*joins Pinks in sulking about no badges and no collectible*
But when I get too annoyed I just play the competitions game - a very sastifying feeling :-D (although I have to admit I love my TL patch more, even though it's got no animated animals hopping around)
