Help! Clothes disappear

So my mom has been having this problem. She spends two days to completely fill her store. Then she unblocks the door and when she checks back after 5 minutes, all the clothes are gone. Usually she gets money but last week she didn't. Any idea how this could happen, and should she restart her device or delete and install again?

Sometimes this glitch happens it happened to me like 3 times
but I usually get the money =\
anyway I think re-installing the game will be good idea

Blocking the door then opening up is not part of the design of the game. a quick sell sometimes happens when you the block the door. some ppl find blocking the cash register is better than blocking the door.
Also when you open the game and unblock let the game run for about 15-20 minutes before leaving to like nbrs and go to play another game to see if this helps.
