Mastery on Android? [Archive]

I just got an Android phone yesterday and decided I wanted to try starting anew with BS on there. Is it just my device or do we not have recipe mastery on Androids? I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling and restarting my device. I have v.2.3.4 for Android and my phone is an LG Enlighten, if that makes a difference.

Maybe I just missed the memo?

Mastery starts at Level 8. You should see it show up then.
