why my RS cannot auto pickup star and item

i have 2 ipad both woth 4.3.5 and newest version RS. one is upgrade from 4.3.3, that ipad wont auto pickup item and star, and no have tips for buying item. i have reinstall RS few time but still don know how to set it up, pls help me

Are you saying that one ipad has the dropped stars on your game and other does not have the dropped stars?

i means 1 ipad drop star and auto will pick ot up, no need me to click on star to pick it.

Some ppl have the dropped stars and some ppl do not. Random for different players and devices. If you have the dropping stars you do not have to tap them, they will automatically be credited to you.

and my restaurant no have guild to show me buy item, i means 2 icon in left hand side.
