Collectibles issue

Both RS & BS go out of sync every time I'm working on the collectibles. It causes me to keep losing the prizes I have redeemed. Please fix this issue as it is very frustrating.

I'm having the same issue with R.S., and B.S. The out of sync message is out of control. Every time it pops up, I also loose whatever item that just flashed on my screen. Please let us know when this is fixed so people can try again. Thanks.
