How much does it cost in coins to expand to 22 x 22, 23 x 23 and 24 x 24?

I'm level 50 but forget what it cost me. I just had a friend ask but don't know the answers either.

How much does it cost in coins to expand to 22 x 22, 23 x 23 and 24 x 24?

22x22 costs 700,000 and 45 neighbors

since my 21x21 cost 600,000 I would assume that 23 x 23 would cost 800,000 and 24 x 24 would cost 1,000,000
