Lost gems when out of sync

I had just earned coins and a gem as the bakery was refreshed for being out of sync and I lost the gem and the coins. since gems are so hard earned, I am unhappy.

try restarting your device to see if you gems come back. If not you will need to email support@teamlava.com . They can look into your game to find out where your gems went.
Provide them you storm ID, game, the device you play on its IOS version. The version of the game your playing and if you play on wifi or cellular service.

Also tell them the day it happened.
