weird gift question

I'm still having problems with gifts and actually I've been having trouble sending gifts but I was wondering if the ammount of gifts you are aloud to accept has increased because I've been able to see more of the gifts sent to me

You are supposed to be able to receive or accept, depending on which post from GM you are reading, up to 20 gifts per day. If you are seeing more its probably a bug; there are still a lot of them in the gifting system making it difficult to really know what's going on. And TL isn't providing any other explanation.
