How much are the meals worth?

I only seem to be earning 1 or 2 coins from each plate of food served. Yet in the store it says they should be worth more than this.

Costs $450
Gives $1800
Meals 900 plates

Each plate being $2
900 plates
2 x 900 = 1800
Pretty simple, you have to wait to cook your food, much like the contracts in City story, THEN wait for your customers to buy the food to make a profit. The more seats your resturant has the faster you earn the money
