Gem with free gift, but no pop up

I did not understand why i didn't get any pop up in Restaurant/Bakery Story. When I select the Gem icon, there appears to be "This special offer will end in:.........", wait but there was no pop up? How can i buy this thing? And I don't even know what it is. Does anyone face a problem like me?

I have the same in bakery and farm, but no pop up.

Same problem here, have a timer count down but no pop up for BS, RS, Farm Story.

Here same problem i told more in BS thread section, in BS from past week, now even in RS, it is really bad bug, nothing funny, how they can left it this way? I emailed to support already past week, and nothing. Noone cares. Thats annoying. Loosing mood to play.
