I can't buy gem,why?

I can't buy gem, I was told that I must creat a new account to buy it and set the environment to be sandbox. What does it mean? Anyone can help me? :confused: my iPad2 iOS is 4.3.3

this error message it related to a jailbroken device. When you have a jailbroken device sometimes games
will not run correctly.
I am not sure of the fix for this.

Does anyone has recieved a pop up for gem purchase with free gift? I saw the sepcial offer in the gem icon, but it didnt show the pop up. :(
