Counters are clearing all food

this has happened six times in less than a week! I spent all day cooking on RS to find all my food gone the next morning and the door is blocked. I emailed pictures to TL each time and they are not responding. I want my food remaining where it belongs. I have deleted and reinstalled on my iPad 4 times!

I saw on the other thread that you had your door blocked then came into the game. what did you block your door with?
Also when you came in and opened the door, did you let the game play for a while or did you leave and tip nbrs or go play other game?

I had the door blocked with a chair. I received a response today from TL stating that blocking the door does not prevent the food from depleting. They stated that even though you cant see anything, the food is still being consumed. I have played these games for one year and have never found that to be true.
