Lately I'm not getting gem sales so I can't buy any missed out on St Bernard can you please fix tried deleting game and reinstalling got all updates what's wrong please help

Mr.G can you ask the Devs if they would consider pushing all free gift promos as in~store merchandise but with variants in other colors to keep the integrity of the originals & yet making everyone happy on both ends....
Those who previously purchased & those who missed out....it can be a 2~4 week sale.....then peeled out afterward.....
