Experience stars

I just installed Nightclub Story for Android today. I noticed what when I mix a drink, the experience stars fall to the ground and once I tap them I gain experience for mixing the drink. Just wondering, if I do not tap the stars, do I not gain any experience? Or does it automatically collect after a few moments?

It will automatically go up in about 10 seconds. Even if you leave your place to visit a neighbor or a member of the community, they will be automatically credited.

Also, the same holds true for all the bouncing stars/coins etc in all the games:).

But don't hit the Home button and then come back into the game. That may cause you to need to mix your drink again. In Restaurant Story, that often caused my tips to go back onto the tables.
