Enhancements screen pops up unprovoked

When I open Farm Story I get the messages screen, then the gem sale screen, then the update screen, when I hit Okay to exit that screen, the enhancements screen pops up although I haven't hit design. Also, when I go to plant, it used to bring up all choices, now it brings up crops and I have to select all...

don't hit OK...that takes you to the box. Use the X in the upper right corner to close out of that update screen.

The update screen says something like "Open the new Picnic Basket for a chance to win goat, tractor...". When you click OK, that's meaning "OK, let me see the picnic basket". If you click the cross in the right hand corner, it closes the popup.
