I just bought 50 gems in BS, but there no gift for donut sofa,
And checked inventory in bar, how do I do?

it's in the Donut box for 24 gems, but there are also other things you may get instead, so be careful!

Do you mean the banana split sundae? Did you purchase the gems THROUGH the popup? It should be in your inventory with other floor decorations, like pots of flowers. It won't be right at the front though, you'll have to scroll along until you find it :)

If you bought the gems through the pop up for the sundae sofa, restart your device. You can also delete and redownload the game .
If you still do not have this in your inventory, you will need to email support@teamlava.com

Give them you storm Id, the game, the item you are missing. and if you did not get the gems. Tell them the day this happened.
