Purchasing gems error!!

50gems and 275gems I can not buy them because error! for 2 months!!

I tried to fix this error , and I sent many e-mails team lava!
but support team keep saying "are you still need help for this issue?" they did not fix my error!

"already order is in list" so I can not buy gems!!

and only fashion story I can not see free gems gift pop up! fix this errors too
