Here is a thread on how to transfer. If you can't do some of the things suggested, then you would need to email support@teamlava.com Provide them with you in game name, ID, and tell them you want to transfer. You will recieve an automated reply first. If it asks for more info, reply back to it, don't create a new email. They'll be able to walk you through the transfer :)
