Can't buy gems =(

Each time I tap on "Add" gems no popup window shows up to buy the gems :(
I have already deleted and newly installed the game, started the iPhone new but no changes...

Funny Thing is I have no problem from my iPad...

Second question: when the little window opens where you have to enter your password to iTunes, how can I change the login name in order buy from my second account

for unknown reason it suddently worked again :)


BTW: the username can be changed under iPhone settings / iTunes
