Just to have some fun amidst all the frustration I decided to start a collection of animals that don't belong on a farm (or are consider vermin on a working farm - does and racoons, anyone??) but might be 'gifted' to us anyway.

Come on, what do you NOT want to see on your farm?

I just downloaded bakery story onto my sisters phone so she can play along with me. Well iit downloaded on level 7 with an ID made and a name to her shop. She's never played before so she didn't get the instrutions or anything when she first opened it. Well question is how do I get da game to start over as if noone as ever played it. So she can start her own game and no play someone elses? Thank you

Hi, Angel, that's a most unusual situation to receive a game started already by someone else. However, you can do one of three things -

(a) be a little bit patient and after a while a moderator assigned to Bakery will pick this up and advise you; or
(b) go to Bakery Story Discussion and post again (boring) as this is Farm Story you're on; or
(c) email support@teamlava.com and explain the problem afresh - may take a while to respond.

Hope you get it sorted.

That's really strange. You definitely need to contact support@teamlava.com and tell them about this. Tell them what kind of device your sister is using to play the game, and the name of her ID.

In regards to making your own post in the future. At the top of the forum, click "Teamlava" and it will bring you to a list of subforums, pick the one that has to do with your topic (bug and feedback in your case) and it will say "Post New Thread" at the top. :)

A refurbished phone maybe? Or someone was sneaky! Could be a used refurbished phone since the phone ID is tied to the game. So may e someone had it before a d played briefly on The game a d then returned the phone? That's why we can delete the game and re download it without losing anything.
