Got Gold Badge...Then lost Gem!

Ok, this seems tied to the gift issue...and re-syncing.

I got the golf badge for accepting gifts. The exp and GEM were added. I closed the message...then I got a Sorry, u were out of sync message. My Gem disappeared but the badges still say I earned it. So gone, gone, gone....

To be clear, I went from 16 before badge, to 17 after badge, back to 16 after re-sync message!

I am on ipad2 4.3.5
RS 1.2.5

Tried restarting game....no go.

Try deleting the game and redownloading from the app store.
If you still do not see, the gem, you will need to email support@teamlava.com
Give them the game, your storm Id and when this happened.

Okay, I don't know what finally did the trick but here is what I did.

1. Closed gem and restarted. No gem.
2. Deleted game and reinstalled. No gem.
3. Turned off devise....when I restarted devise and opened game, I had a new gift waiting. When I collected gift, I "won" badge again (even though after reinstall it still said i had already won gold). I got my gem again.

Since the stew number was messed up, I was afraid of another re-sync. So....I quickly got out of the game, forced it closed, and restarted. Gem still there! Yeah!

Sounds like when you went out sync your progress to that point

i made peace with it

but losing gems starting to really annoy me
