It won't be a gem prize, but we may need an app store update for a new appliance... I am not sure if it is something that can be done through TL, or if it is a big enough coding change that it needs to go through apple.

Omg!! This is awesome I think everyone from bakery story asked if we could cook some donuts! That's why they gave us a deep fryer! I am soooooo excited finally we don't get to only decorate our bakery with donuts, we get to cook them! Best update in a long time! GJ team lava!

Not everyone will be building constructables. I have neighbors who haven't built any drink machines or ice cream machines. I have neighbors who post on their wall, and neighbors walls, that they want food and not parts. I have a neighbor who posted to not send her parts requests.

I asked my neighbors to let me know if they want parts, otherwise I'd continue to send them food. But sending neighbors parts and having them to ask for food instead is another option.

Although IRL, a deep fryer might be more appropriate to a restaurant, I'm glad they put it in Bakery Story. RS already has a stove, oven, grill and drink machine while BS only has oven, drink machine and ice cream maker. So they needed another appliance more than RS does. Before they build another appliance for RS, I hope they offer more grill items with longer cooking times than an hour and more items for the drink machine in general.

I always wondered that also. Earlier this week Greygull posted that when the easy appliances were first released, they needed 6 parts. A few days later it went to 4 parts and those parts were left over.

Very disappointed that I used 24 gems to get this early, only to find out that I had to pay 10,000 coins for it, THEN I have to pay 80 gems to have it put together.:confused: Somehow this should have been clear before the purchase. I feel like I was robbed. I am just starting out, have some good badges, doing ok until this set-back. :mad: Shame Shame.....

I've never spent a SINGLE gem and I've built TONS of constructible appliances... don't spend gems for the parts, ask for them from your neighbors. Get them twice as fast asking neighbors to gift the parts as well as accepting your requests!
