Fashion Story and other game transfer from phone to tablet

Hello,
I have a droid 2 phone and purchased a new motorola zoom tablet...My question is i want to transfer all data in my fashion story game from my phone to the tablet so I do NOT have to start over. Could y plz tell me how to do this.

One thing. If you transfer one team lava game all games on your old device under the same storm ID will transfer to your new device.
If you are playing any of the other story games, make sure you download all those games to your new device, but do not set up a new storm ID.
