blocking other users in my farm and city

I would like to see a way to block other players on my farm and city, in the same way other storm game function, were that player can no longer use any of my coments as a link, it would be if benefit if there was a second level block that I could use so all I needed was to out in there storm id to block them from all my games or a option were could agree to block them from all my games

Although I have not experienced harassment on my game, I believe this would be a welcome feature, especially given that there seem to be others who are experiencing the same problem of players stalking and harassing them.
