Can Team Lava stop a player from spamming?

I recently had a new experience on Farm Story. I had a player named "jung gil" spam my wall trying to get me to go to a website to "make money". Is there anything that can be done to prevent this kind of garbage?

You can email support@teamlava.com
Give them your Storm Id and the players farm name. If you can take screen shots of your wall that is very helpful.

I am not sure what the criteria is on these type of things, but at least you can report it.
Note: do not post back on this persons wall.

I've had spam from him as well. I just delete his posts and never go to his farm.
