Bug Fix: Parts requests

As most of you know (but I've been off the forums for most of the day), there was an issue with Parts requests in Bakery, Restaurant and City. This has now been fixed. Gift away. :)

android issue has not been forgotten...

The problem was fixed for sometime but now it came back after deep fryer
I can't accept any material requests and can't recieve any I just go and post to every neighbor the materials I need
And receive it as gifts
Pls fix it!!!!

I am on Android.

The neighbor list problem in Farm Story has been fixed so the next time I build something I should be able to request parts from all my neighbors, not half. I am also getting more parts requests from neighbors. Thank you TL.

On RS and BS I didn't have a problem requesting or accepting parts. I was only receiving parts from Android users, so got less parts. This is fixed. Thank you TL.

Also on RS and BS, if I already sent a neighbor parts or the neighbor was maxed out, the request stayed. I could try again later and the part could go if possible. Now if I accept a request and I already sent the neighbor a part or he/she is maxed out, the request goes away. Thank you TL, for making that change.
