Can not return part requests since last update.

I can't honor any of my friends part requests since the last update. I get a screen that says "We are unable to send the material request to your friend". They haven't received 20 parts because I set up an account on an iphone to test this out. One neighbor and it's me. I've tried to send myself parts and I get the same message. Could you please fix this bug:confused:
