Does anyone know the resale value of the gift items in CS?

The only one worth receiving is the purple mobile home, which has the highest resale value of $650 (a marked improvement of the previous best which was $500 for the Cozy House). Everything else has less. I currently only receive and gift this particular item. Everything else = automatic ignore.

Nope. Ignoring a gift means that somebody else can give you a gift. You can ignore 1,000 gifts in a day, and then accept the 20 you want.
