Filling Parts Requests

I'm still gathering as much information as I can, so I wanted to put this in BS as well. I know I'm having problems filling parts requests, so I wanted to see who else is. Please provide all the info possible. Device, device version, and game version. Here's a screenshot of what I get when I try to fill the request. Mine is currently only occurring on iPad, Android seems unaffected by this. But if it is happening on Android, please let us know.

I am having issues when I try to send a material gift request to a nbr. I am getting the same pop up screen.
I play on
Iphone 4 version 4.3.5. 3G and wifi
bakery version 1.2.5.

I've been having the same problem and getting the same error message on both RS and BS, iphone 4, BS 1.2.5 and RS 1.2.5

Yes, same here. I play on ipad and have this problem for 2 days now. Before, I also got this error message, but when I tried a second time immediatly after this message, it worked. I think it is connected to the "out of sync" messages which pop up sometimes after accepting gifts. It seems like all those games don't sync any more correctly. That's since the last update. Before, everything worked fine.

Me too. I'm on original ipad1. All programs are the latest versions as I just synced to iTunes this morning.

I am on android. For the last couple of days on bs and rs everytime I accept a request it is sent. Before I would often get a message that the nbr has maxed out. Now I understand why; a lot of their other nbrs can't accept requests

Having the same problem in BS, RS and CS. I have version of all games 1.2.5
It does not work since yesterday, i am on iPad os 4.3

Same problem. With bakery and restaurant.
I work with iphone 3G firmware 4.2.1

Husband works with HTC Desire S and has no problems at all.

Same problem iPad 2 in BS and RS. Also a few more:

Out of Sync - pops up after a minute or two of playing TL games (CS, FS, BS, RS).

Gift has expired - when trying first time to accept the gift, even materials. Works on a second attempt.

I get 1 dish when gift is accepted. If Out of Sync message pops up some time after, the gifts are changed to appropriate amount. Otherwise they stay as 1 dish even when placed on a counter.

I am also having the same problem. I can't accept my neighbours part requests.

We are unable to send your gift........?
My neighbors request parts for their bakeries, when I try to send them I get the we are unable to send the gift at this time message. What's up with that?
I am usinf iPad 1
Everything is up to date. Been having this problem on and off for a few weeks.

Still having the same problem in RS and BS for the last few days now (iphone 4, 1.2.5 version of both games) - what I'm doing now is holding off on gifting my neighbors so when I do get a parts request and get the error message, I send the part they requested as a gift then decline the materials request. If they've already accepted the max number of gifts, I wait until the next day to try again. But it's really annoying. I'm glad I accept parts as gifts in advance of building an appliance - otherwise I think it would take forever to build one with this bug.

I play BS on iPad and RS on iPhone. The pop up used to be random but for the last week or so I've been unable to send anything from either device... I am receiving gifts though.

I just checked my bakery - I was able to send parts! So I'll claim this bug as "FIXED"! If it is still happening, try restarting your device, and even deleting and reinstalling (your game will be saved). If it's still not working, please let us know!
