everything shows up but the room. options and icons are there. finished products are there. when I go to use the finished products... the screen is black where the racks are suppose to be????

Shanniekay, Try restarting your device. If this does not clear it up. delete the game and redownload it from the app store.
If still problems, please let me know what device you play on, and its Version.
