Im not sure I know what you mean? I'm on level 11 right now and I havent been recieving any gems. By mastering an item do you mean when I use enough and the call you a shopoholic or something cause I've also done that.

You receive the gems, when you master your clothes in the catalog. You do not receive gems when you level up in the game.
The mastering of the items in your catalog does not start until you reach level 8.

yes.. I have been playing since the game first came out. Now I need some more coin items to spend these on.!!! lol

I think fashion is the best games for earning gems, since you have 3-4 items in each catalog that you can get gems on .

I cant wait to get up there lol I've only been playing for like 2wks but I love it. So you are at 0 in that set, what number do you need to master it? I'm at 1 in some of the clothes.

level 1- 2000 coins/20 xp
level 2- 1 Gem/50 XP
level 3- 4000 coins/100 xp
level 4- 1 Gem /200 xp

on level 2 and 4 only you will get a gem. so for this set if you do all 4 levels, you will get a total of 8 gems
