Lost gems

I have lost 20ish gems for no reason at all in bakery.
I emailed you and received a ticket number for lost gems in restaurant. The lost seemed to be connected to a bug that caused me to get stuck in neighbor shops. Could not get back to my shop without rebooting my phone. I still have not had my gems returned.
There was no problem like that in bakery. Just noticed that my gem count was off.
So irritating.

There are several threads similar to yours. You need to work with Support on this; the forums cannot replace your gems.
