Disappearing gems

My gem total dropped one. I want it back. It takes a lot of work to earn a gem. I got robbed

You're having a hard time, Guppie !

You'll have to write to Support about that as well. Good luck. It's very, very annoying - alas, in the vast majority of cases it eventually turns out you have actually spent it accidentally although losing ONE gem is less common. How you can accidentally lose gems VERY easily this way is a hot issue on this Forum :)
