Does anyone know what the clock over the customers heads means in bakery story? I figured it meant I needed a clock so I sucked it up and spent 10 gems on one!! But the bubble is still popping up with a clock over all their heads! Help!

It's your customers waiting for a prepared dish to be served, if no food is available on counters the bubble well turn into a broken heart. Lowering your Happiness rating.
