Freeze

I have gone on to my restaurant this morning and it has frozen on a neighbours page and I can not get home I have all the latest up date on my iPad. What can I do if I delete it and re-download it will loss all my stuff plse help x

This has happened to me. when you first go into the game, make sure you wait for all pops up to load before doing anything.
Yes first restart your device to see if that fixes it(most of the time it will),
If it does not, delete and game and redownload it. You will not lose your game. The games are saved on team lavas servers.
