View Full Version : Loosing gifts, 3 days in a row. :(

Hello, one of my neighbours has a problem and I don't have an advice for here.
Today, she has lost 18 gifts and she says it was the same for 2 days before.
She opened the gift-window and accepted then and then they are all gone.
There's no gift in the catalog and no gift in the message-screen.
Can someone help her, please?
I posted her that she could delete and reinstall it, but maybe someone has an other advice.

That would be the first step. Have the player uninstall and re-install the app and see if that clears the issue.

If the problem persists, have your neighbor email TeamLava Support (support@teamlava.com) for assistance. And if you're able to let your neighbor know to include their Storm8 ID, the app and app version they are using, the device and operating system, a description of the issue and roughly when it started.
