I have a new phone and had to re-download bakery story. There is no place for me to log in to the game. I do not want to start from the beginning. Please help!!!

Hi there -

You will need to do a transfer in order to get your Story games onto your new device.

Thank you for the info. I guess I should have noted that my phone was stolen and so I have no idea what my old phones information is. Does that mean I am out of luck?

For that you will probably need to email support@teamlava.com You will receive an automated reply, reply back to it with any additional info they request

As greygull mentioned above, Support should be able to assist you.

You can also use a Storm8 game to do a transfer (as long as you didn't create a new Storm8 ID on the new device) - using just the new device.
