Open Groovy Delivery, then cannot get anything , 24 gems was gone

I opened Groovy Delivery box. used 24 gems. But i cannot get anything in the catalog. likes clo
thes,dress,sofa.....So what can i do ? SO I lost 24 gems....

I had the same thing, the first time i opened the groovy box i got a sofa which was fine, but the second time i got a dress and i can't find it anywhere?

Look inside of your Avatar's Closet(2nd tab next to design)

i hv checked at Avatar's Closet inside, but nothing gifts in it .

Have you retarded your device, and/or deleted and reinstalled the game? Your progress is saved on TLs servers, you won't lose anything. If the item has not shown up after doing those, then you will need to email support@teamlava.com Give them your user name, device, device version number, game version, when it happened, and what happened. You will receive an automated reply first. Reply back to it, giving any additional information requested.

let me try to delete or reinstall the game. If cannot work again, will send e-mail to LAVA to slove this problem , THX ya !

Sounds like the magic boxes are having problems lately.

You will need to email support. I'm sorry we weren't able to help you find the items, but I'm sure they can. Just follow the steps I listed above :)
