unhappy customers

The last 2 days my customers are very unhappy and therefore I only have a few. I have tables chairs food and nothing is blocked including the podium. Is there anything I am missing? I have had the same food sitting out for days and therefore can't cook anything other than what I have.

Can you post a pic? How many tables and chairs do you have?

You need to just watch the bakery and your rating should continue to go up. If you close it it'll never go up you have to keep it open until the rating gets to 100. Then you can see if customers are getting angry... When rating is low only a couple come in at a time but ad it goes up theyll start coming in faster.

And by watch it I mean open the app and stare at the screen for like 10 minutes. You need to wait for the customers to eat and leave with a heart before it'll o up at all, then each happy one will bring it up a point.
