Lost all progress

Hello. Tonight I logged into City Story where I was previously at lvl 96, and I am back at the very beginning. Is there something going on or how do I get back my account? All my other S8 games are working fine.

Have you tried restarting your device, and/or deleting the game and redownloading? Normally I would say that your game is saved on TLs servers. If neither of these work, you will need to contact support@teamlava.com Make sure to give them all you info - City name, storm8 ID, what device, which version of your device. You will get an automated reply first (check your spam if you don't see it within a few hours) and reply back to it - either giving the same info as before, or adding whatever info they ask for. The auto email may suggest you come back here to the forums.
