Can't bake the blueberry buckle coffe cake

Why every time I try and bake a blueberry buckle it it takes it back to the bakery app?
Why can't I bake this any more?

Have you tried restarting your device, and even deleting and reinstalling the game? Your progress is saved on TLs servers, you won't lose anything.

And I moved this to Bakery.

Could be a sync issue. I noticed while I was trying to master my blueberry buckle the bakery would often be fine and cooking when I left and checked in about 10 minutes later, but if I returned after an hour or two, things would still be in the prepping stages or I'd have empty ovens just sitting there doing nothing. :/
